Minimum Seats Required:- 10 Seats Minimum Per Slot 

Duration Of Project :- 11 Months 

Turn Around Time: 22 Working Days 

Number Of Forms: 2400 Forms Per Seat Per Month 

Rate per Form:- Rs.15 Per Form 

Data will be provided to the user on monthly basis through FTP. 

Accuracy Slab :- 

96% To 100% = 100% Payment 

80% To 95% = 60%  Payment 

65% TO 80% = 40% Payment 

50% T0 65  = 30% Payment

The Centre Will Be Getting 1200 Forms Per Seat As Demo Work And They Have To Complete This Form In 7 Working Days And If Thy Achieve Till 70% Accuracy They Will Be Getting Advance Billing For That Month. If The Accuracy Is Below Than  70% , They Will Be Getting Payout On Monthly Basis.

(A) Kindly Note That There Is An Upfront Amount Of 25 K Per Seat Payable In Two Slots:

    15 k Per Seat At The Time Of Sign Up In Our Office

    10 k From Advance Payout(The Centre Does Not Get Advance Then Will Be Deducted From Billing)

There Will Be No Negotiation On The Following Terms....

(B) We Are Ready To Provide Running Reference Centres But Kindly Ask For The Reference Centre Only If U Are Ready With Terms And Conditions And Sign MOU With Us.

(C) Quality Check Report For Demo Work Will Be Provided In 4 Working Days And Payment Will Be Done After 4 Days
